1) No VAT requested according to § 4.22 UStG
2) For students only. Postgraduates have to pay the regular conference fee.

Important: There are very few possibilities to get any lunches nearby the conference center. Therefore the host highly recommends you to register including lunches!

The registration fee includes a list of participants, book of abstracts, food and beverages during the Posterparty and Coffee Breaks and if choosen lunch.


Deadlines
In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available.
The deadline to be included in the list of participants was May 15, 2011.

Payment
Fees should be remitted after the receipt of  invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated in the invoice. Payment by credit card is also possible.

Cancellations and Refunds
Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter, fax or email). 30 € plus 19% VAT administrative costs will be charged for any cancellation of registration received before May 15, 2011. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced, however, the book of abstracts will be sent.
